Sacred Heart Courtyard Information
As part of our 75th Anniversary and in order to memorialize our families, past and present, our Maintenance and Enhancement Committee has initiated the building of the new Sacred Heart Courtyard in the area to the east of Fr. Hegarty Hall as well as a new landscaping and hardscape sign on the 255th St. entrance to the parking lot. The planned covered patio will be paved with bricks etched with names of parishionersk, family members, clergy and friends of St. Margaret Mary Parish.
In order to fund this project, we are inviting you to buy and donate an etched 4" x 8" or 8" x 8" brick paver that will be set artistically into the flooring of the new courtyard. The donation for these bricks is:
4 x 8 Brick Paver: $250 (subsequent bricks $150)
8 x 8 Brick Paver: $400 (subsequent bricks $300)
You may pay by cash, check or credit card. If you would like to spread your payments over a few months, you may start with a $50 downpayment with your order form. This will be a great way to remember a family member who has passed away, to remember an anniversary, baptism, graduation or orher special event or to honor your parents, children or grandchildren. For more information and order forms, please click on the "contact us" tag above and send us an e-mail or call or come to the parish office for order forms. Don't miss out on this chance to be a part of our anniversary celebration!!

What St. Margaret Mary Parish means to me….
What does it mean to belong to a parish like St. Margaret Mary? Well, that can be answered in hundreds of different ways. What does it mean to you? What are your hopes and visions for the future of our parish in 10 years, 20 years, 50 years?
Put your thoughts down in 3 or 4 paragraphs below in our "Submit your thoughts here" form. We will select a dozen entries to be published in the bulletin and on the St. Margaret Mary website during the 75th anniversary of our parish. We are looking for entries from the young and the not so young, from long time parishoners and those newly registered. Deadline for submission: September 30, 2011. | ANNOUNCEMENTS75,000 HOURS!
In recognizing the great tradition of service that is such a hallmark of our St. Margaret Mary Parish, our 75th Jubilee Committee has issued a challenge to a renewed fervor in service to our parish and community. Our hearts should always be open to the Gospel call to share God’s mercy with our neighbor. What better way to celebrate our anniversary than to turn that celebration into a rash of ministering to our brothers and sisters?
Therefore, we have set a goal of 75,000 hours of service for our parish during this year of jubilee, beginning October 16, 2011 and ending October 14, 2012. In the coming weeks and months, you can check on suggestions for service opportunities listed in our bulletin and website or create your own program of service that can help us meet our goal.
